SUMMER TRAINING
Recreational Training:
These programs are designed for players who are looking for additional technical skills training, but in an environment which is less competitive and less pressured than our travel training. The training program is age group appropriate. Through quality instruction and the creation of a fun and competitive environment, each player will emerge from the training with a greater love and understanding of the game of soccer. This training is HIGHLY encouraged for all players desiring to improve their skills. There is no better way to improve at the game than by obtaining an increased number of touches on a ball. The following areas are emphasized during recreational skills sessions:
• Dribbling skills/ball control • Dribbling skills/ball control
• Passing precision/ right technical
• Receiving the ball/ body position
• Agility with the ball/mental reaction

Team Training
camp7WBSA excels at training youth soccer teams from U8 to U19 Competitive Teams. Our team training program is designed to offer teams that already have a Coach additional training services that ensure teams are performing at their optimum level. Often a team with a volunteer/parent coach will utilize this service. In addition, teams who have professional coaches may utilize a trainer to provide players with a different “voice” or training technique. There are many options available for working with a WBSA team trainer. We would welcome the opportunity to design a program for your team. Some of our possible arrangements include:

• Running weekly team training sessions – once or twice a week
• Running a “3rd night of training” to provide differing knowledge and emphasis to an existing program
• Intensive Winter skills sessions to prepare for spring play • Summer Camp Week – half day or full day, morning or evening
• Summer weekly training program
• Supplementing a coach that coaches multiple teams by training all teams and providing a back-up for coach conflicts
• Filling in for a coach that is away for part of the year
Elite Camp Training
his camp/training is designed for inside players (U8-U19) who are seeking an intense week or the course of the year of training with our elite coaches. The camp/training focuses on improving the technical skills of each player in a competitive environment, improving tactical awareness through functional training, and developing physical fitness and mental preparedness.

These camps/trainings take place in the evenings from 6pm- 8pm or weekends after 3:00pm. Players attending this camp/training should be prepared for an intense two hours of structured training each evening or weekends after 3:00pm. Campers will be divided into appropriate age and skill divisions.

LEWIS: IN SPOTLIGHT, CEPERO STAYS GROUNDED
Perhaps one reason why Danny Cepero wasn't rattled by his emergency start for the Red Bulls against the Columbus Crew last month is because he literally had been there and done that some five years prior -- with much less prior notice.
